Responsibilities

The Building Construction Project Manager - Bari Plant is responsible for Soft (Cleaning, Gardening, Space and Canteen agreement Management) and Civil Facility activities. He / she is the technical reference point for the improvement of performance, cost control and maintenance activities execution.

The candidate will cover the role of "Mobility Manager" in order to ensure sustainable mobility in the employees home-work moving.

As The Building Construction Project Manager, he / she will be responsible for :

  • ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Quality control and compliance with HSE regulations are crucial aspects of the role, ensuring projects meet contractual and legal requirements. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors, in order to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources and manage budgets.

The Candidate will manage the entire project, including a budget, schedule, subcontractor contracts and customer inquiries.

  • Coordinating service providers and maintenance activities in order to anticipate failures solving issues
  • Managing Canteen Services and collaboration with vendors for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance with regulations and continuous improvement of HSE performance
  • Develop strategy and drives projects and initiatives to execute cost reduction projects, process changes and implementation of sustainable cost controls, including collaboration with Finance to validate the impact of projects
  • Control maintenance cost
  • Promote best maintenance practices for sharing with all Italian sites
  • Organizing the demand for employee mobility in order to reduce the use of private vehicles
  • Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Ingegneria Edile - Architettura Preferred) from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line
  • Be Familiar with predictive maintenance technologies & Autocad Tool
  • Be Knowledgeable about outage planning, computerized maintenance management systems and related computer tools and programs
  • Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Be a good communicator, able to share ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal methods
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence team, customers and others
  • Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
  • Be fluent in English
