A multinational healthcare company is looking for a Business Unit Biopharma Head in Veneto, Italy. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to sustain and grow the biopharma portfolio, coordinating market access and sales functions. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably with biosimilars, and exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills. A degree in scientific or economic disciplines is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to sustain and grow the biopharma portfolio in Italy.
  • Define financial and business plans, leading the execution of initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, and NWC targets.
  • Coordinate market access, marketing, and sales functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent the company in key industry forums, trade associations, and meetings with institutional stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing.
  • Monitor compliance with local and company regulations, ensuring business activities are conducted accordingly.
  • Participate in congresses, regional and international meetings, and manage relationships with strategic partners.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in the pharmaceutical sector, (focus on biosimilars is a plus).
  • Strong strategic and business planning skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian market, access dynamics, and industry regulations.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage complex processes in dynamic environments.
  • Degree in scientific or economic disciplines; postgraduate education is a plus.
