Position Overview:

We are looking for a Breakfast Shift Supervisor to join the team in our 4-star Hotel Calimala, located in the heart of Milan and oversee the morning service with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. The role includes full responsibility for managing the breakfast shift team, ensuring high service standards, smooth daily operations, and coordination with the kitchen and management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead the breakfast service team (waiters, baristas, etc.).
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure service quality.
  • Organize staffing and coordinate schedules.
  • Handle guest requests and maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth communication with the kitchen, bar, and other departments.
  • Monitor stock levels and oversee proper use of equipment and tools.
  • Report directly to the F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a shift supervisor or in a similar role – strong advantage.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong customer-service orientation.
  • Good command of English (Italian is a strong plus).
  • Availability for early morning shifts and weekends as required.
