Overview

Marketing Designer role at Eight Sleep – Milano office. Lead the visual development of Eight Sleep’s brand across lifecycle flows, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Design teams to create experiences that look great and drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling, on‑brand assets for all stages of the customer journey—from website to onboarding to retention to reactivation. Deliver pixel‑perfect Figma files.
• Use performance data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions and propose A/B testing ideas.
• Improve designs through feedback and testing results.
• Help evolve our email design system while staying grounded in our style guide and voice.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Brand to concept and execute high‑performing designs.
• Design campaigns, assets, product launches, flows, onboarding, newsletters, and more.
• Translate strategy and messaging into visually engaging assets.
• Maintain consistency with Eight Sleep’s brand guidelines while iterating on layout and design innovation.
• Propose thoughtful A/B test ideas focused on driving engagement and conversion.
• Help evolve our visual identity and push our brand forward.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment that values iteration, creativity, and clear communication.

Requirements & What You Need To Succeed

• 2+ years of professional experience in visual design or digital brand execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, high‑performing designs for consumer brands.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and understanding of brand voice, hierarchy, and layout.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and creative teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and excited to improve email performance through design.

Bonus Points

• Experience working on DTC or consumer hardware brands.
• Exposure to performance marketing and data‑informed design workflows.
