Brand Ambassador

Location : Milano

Opportunity :

To support the growth of our retail presence, we are currently looking for a Brand Ambassador who is passionate about high-end cosmetics and fragrances, and eager to develop their skills in a refined and customer-focused environment.

This role requires a dynamic, sales-driven, and detail-oriented individual who can embrace the values and aesthetics of our niche brands. The ideal candidate will combine excellent commercial skills with strong leadership capabilities to guide the team in achieving business goals while delivering a memorable customer journey.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Embrace the Brands Experience and follow training guidelines and standards to reflect the brands standards and image;
  • Consistently meet individual sales goals;
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills and exhibit motivation to succeed;
  • Follow company policies, procedures and use visual techniques to maintain the visual standards;
  • Monitor KPI through specific analysis, reporting to the Manager.

Competences :

  • A minimum of 1 / 2 years on sales, preferably in a beauty retail environment;
  • Italian and English Fluent are a must, other foreign languages is a plus;
  • Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff;
  • Must be results driven and flexible to change;
  • Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets, preferably in niche environments;
  • Excellent customer service level;
  • Strong clienteling background.
