We’re looking for

A Brand Ambassador Luxury German & English to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Office: Milan, ON SITE
Languages knowledge:
  • German mandatory (B2 - C1)
  • English (B2 - C1)
Tasks
  • Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail
  • E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
Contract

Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.

Qualifications
  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
