A prestigious customer service agency is seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador fluent in French and English to join their Milan office. The role involves managing customer relations with clients in the luxury sector, providing e-commerce and after-sales support. Candidates should have a degree or experience in customer care, particularly in fashion and luxury. A collaborative environment with continuous training and language practice is offered.

We’re looking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury French & English, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages knowledge :
French mandatory (C1 / C2)
English mandatory (C1 / C2)
Contract :
Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week
