A leading customer relations company in Milan is seeking a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR fluent in French and English. This role involves managing customer relations, assisting in e-commerce support, and providing exceptional service to clients in the luxury sector. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion and luxury brands with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competenze

  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce customer care in fashion and luxury.
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.

We’re looking for

a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury French & English, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Office: Milan ON-SITE

Languages knowledge

French mandatory (C1 / C2)

English mandatory (C1 / C2)

Tasks
  • Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone / chat / e‑mail
  • E‑commerce and after‑sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
Contract

Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week

Qualifications
  • Degree and / or experience in e‑commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
