A customer relations company is seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador fluent in French and English to join their team in Milan. The ideal candidate should have a strong attitude for customer care, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for fashion and international luxury brands. Responsibilities include customer relations and supporting e-commerce purchases. This full-time role offers continuous training and a supportive environment.

Competenze

  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.

  • E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases.

We're looking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury French & English, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Office : Milan ON-SITE Languages knowledge : French mandatory (C1 / C2) English mandatory (C1 / C2)

Tasks
  • Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone / chat / e-mail
  • E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
  • Contract: Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week
Qualifications
  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
