Job Overview

Brand Ambassador – Lombardia Area Nord Ovest – Contratto a tempo determinato at Imperial Brands PLC. The role reports directly to the Area Sales Manager and is focused on managing informational activities with tobacconists and consumers to support the company’s business plan. The position begins with a one‑year contract, during which the candidate receives personalised training and ongoing support with the aim of permanent integration into the team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct consumer information activity in partner stores following Area Manager’s guidelines and sector regulations.
  • Maximise the effectiveness of informational messages in tobacconist shops.
  • Contribute to the company database by recording sales to consumers in systems.
  • Engage tobacconists and provide training on the product portfolio.
  • Implement visibility materials, both permanent and temporary, to support business activities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as hostess, promoter, sales associate or similar commercial role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills with a strong customer orientation and empathy.
  • Residence in the coverage area (Milano Ovest, Como, Varese, Lecco) to guarantee effective territorial coverage.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities with time and stress management skills.
  • Availability for frequent multi‑day trips within the assigned territory.
  • Valid B‑type driver’s licence (the company will assign a company vehicle).
