A leading grilling products company is looking for a Brand Activation Specialist in Dueville, Italy, to lead marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in brand activation and trade marketing, excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and experience in managing multiple campaigns. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and offers a chance to work closely with the sales team to enhance brand equity and drive consumer engagement.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a premium or consumer lifestyle brand.
• Hands-on experience in brand activation, trade marketing, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Manage trade marketing activities including the annual catalogue and price list.
• Coordinate and monitor in-store displays and local retail promotions.
• Support Weber Stores activities and share E-POS data with retailers.
