Description

We are looking for a Wholesale Customer Service Specialist to join our Bottega Veneta Customer Service Wholesale team. In this role, you will manage and support wholesale operations, ensuring exceptional service and smooth order-to-delivery processes. You will handle customer inquiries, monitor orders and shipments, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction.

How You Will Contribute
  • Ensure precision, quality, and adherence to deadlines to deliver the highest level of service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute planned activities.
  • Gather and analyze information to monitor business trends and identify opportunities.
  • Monitor orders and shipments daily, managing discrepancies and stock rebalancing.
  • Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service.
  • Data entry and customer master data management.
  • Handle direct and indirect customer interactions for order requests and returns, ensuring top-quality service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Work with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Who You Are
  • Degree in economics, languages, or related fields.
  • Experienced customer service professional with at least 5-8 years in similar roles, preferably within the fashion / luxury industry.
  • Excellent communicator, able to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and with suppliers.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Calm and empathetic under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
