Applicants should hold an MD/DO, board certification in psychiatry, an unrestricted license, and 3+ years of independent practice. OSCE/examiner experience or subspecialty depth is a plus.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with psychiatry residency completed.
• Active board certification in psychiatry (ABPN, FRCPC, MRCPsych, FRANZCP or equivalent).
• Unrestricted medical license and current licensure status.
• At least 3 years of independent practice after residency.
• Experience in accredited or government-licensed settings is preferred.

Position: Psychiatry Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $150/hour
Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Evaluate how large language models reason through advanced psychiatric cases.
• Design expert-level diagnostic and reasoning challenges that current models fail.
• Develop gold-standard answers with clear clinical reasoning.
• Emphasize edge cases, nuanced differentials, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate directly with research teams at a leading AI lab.
• Provide feedback on common failure modes in model reasoning.

Qualifications

• Completed psychiatry residency: ACGME , AOA , or national equivalent.
• Medical degree : MD or DO .
• Active board certification in psychiatry: ABPN , FRCPC , MRCPsych , FRANZCP , or recognized national equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted medical license.
• 3+ years of independent practice after residency.
• Practice in an accredited or government-licensed setting.
• Based in the US , UK , Europe , or Australia .

Preferred

• 10+ direct patient-contact hours per week , current.
• Psychiatry-Specific Subspecialty depth in Addiction , Child/Adolescent , Forensic , Geriatric , or Consultation-Liaison .
• OSCE development or examiner experience.
• Faculty appointment in a department of psychiatry, current or within 2 years.

• Complete a short interview ( 20–30 minutes ).
• The interview explores your clinical background and subspecialty expertise.
