Chiesi seeks a Bio-analytical Scientist in Sassari, Sardegna, Italy to develop and validate analytical methods for protein-based products within the Global Product Industrialization team. You will collaborate with Global TechOps&S to ensure analytical excellence that supports quality and scalable manufacturing.

Competenze

• 8 years of relevant lab experience with protein-based products (or 5 years with PhD)
• Degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

In this role you will develop and validate analytical methods for protein-based products within Chiesi’s Global Product Industrialization team. You’ll collaborate across Global TechOp&S to ensure end-to-end analytical excellence that supports quality and scalable manufacturing. You will tackle method development, optimization, and troubleshooting to enable robust product characterization. • Knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation (UV, ELSD, MALS, fluorescence detectors; SDS-PAGE; capillary electrophoresis; immunochemical methods (Western blotting, ELISA); enzymatic reactions; UV spectroscopy; mass spectrometry)
• Data analysis and statistical evaluation
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Chromatographic techniques with UV/ELSD/MALS/fluorescence detectors
• SDS-PAGE
