A leading architectural firm in Milano seeks a qualified Cost Specialist for their Sustainability Hub project. The role involves developing budget estimates, supporting design teams with BIM implementation, and analyzing project financial data. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Architecture or Building Engineering, a strong grasp of quantity surveying, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Competenze

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Strong understanding of architecture and interior design.
• Familiarity with TeamSystem CPM is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop preliminary estimates for project budget definition.
• Support the design team in implementing WBS and parameters in BIM.
• Assist in coordination of cost control activities within Design to Budget.
