A leading energy supplier in Milan is seeking a Billing Product Owner to oversee the billing strategy across Europe. In this role, you will prioritize features and work closely with engineering and Ops teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. We’re looking for a Billing Product Owner (EU) to take charge of our billing strategy across Europe. You’ll be the go‑to person for shaping how we manage billing at a regional level, balancing customer experience, compliance, and smooth processes at scale.
This role is about setting direction, making priorities clear, and working hand‑in‑hand with Kraken, Octopus Energy Engineering teams, and our local Ops teams in each country (France, Italy, Spain, Germany and UK). You’ll keep the roadmap sharp, bugs and features under control, and make sure the right things get delivered by the right teams at the right time.
