A leading pharmaceutical company in Italy is seeking a Senior CAPEX Project Manager to oversee high-impact CAPEX projects in sterile manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project management within the pharma/biotech sectors, strong GMP knowledge, and fluency in both Italian and English. This role offers significant responsibility in facility design and project oversight.

Competenze

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech CAPEX project management.
• Experience with sterile fill-finish and cRABS/isolator tech.
• Delivered at least one greenfield cGMP facility.

Mansioni

• Lead major sterile manufacturing CAPEX projects (greenfield & brownfield).
• Ensure GMP compliance, budget control, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Drive facility design and equipment selection.
