Qualifications

• Bilingual Italian-English proficiency is required.
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in sales with a consultative approach.
• Attention to administrative details and documentation.
• Independent work ability with VAT number (Partita IVA) or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license and mobility around the region.

Responsibilities

• Buyer representation for international clients, managing daily email correspondence and guiding them through the property search and acquisition process.
• Seller relations & acquisitions: prospect and onboard new properties in Sicily, building trust with local owners.
• Property due diligence: verify legal and urbanistic compliance before listing.
• Marketing & publishing: create and publish property listings on our site and international portals.
• Cultural bridging: facilitate communication between local sellers, technicians, and foreign buyers.
• Property viewings: conduct professional showings highlighting property potential and local appeal.
