Mercor is seeking a Bilingual Italian Generalist Expert — AI Safety to join our remote team. You will write expert-level prompts in Italian, apply guidelines to classify prompts, flag adversarial phrasing, and collaborate with teams to ensure models handle sensitive topics effectively.

The role is contract-based with immediate start and requires strong Italian writing skills and business English. You will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and contribute to improving AI

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with business-level written English.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Compensation: $40–$44/hour
Location: Remote

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian, plus business-level written English.
• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

• Based in Italy or the wider Western Europe region.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
