A leading mobility solutions provider in Italy is seeking a Bid Manager to deliver winning proposals in accordance with customer requirements and compliance values. The successful candidate will manage tender preparations, work closely with sales teams, and ensure all documentation meets company standards. Applicants should have project management experience, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in both Italian and English.
The responsibility of the Bid Manager is to deliver a winning proposal according to customer requirements, Alstom processes, Ethics & Compliance Values and Signalling Solution strategy.
He/She ensures that all bids submitted are in line with the QCD (quality cost delivery) objectives and gives support to the Sales Leader up to the contract award.
The Bid Manager reports directly to Bid Management leader and he/she will work in strong liaison with tender team, Sales Leader and all the stakeholders involved, internal and external.

The position is located at one of our office (Bologna, Florence, Rome or Bari) and will require regular travels (domestic and international missions).
