Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, part of Marriott International, invites applications for a Guest Arrival Expert/Bellboy Intern. Reporting to Lead Concierge, the intern will assist doorman and bellman tasks and participate in a structured program starting in August.

The role offers immersive hospitality experience within a luxury hotel, with duties ranging from welcoming guests to luggage handling and guest orientação, under supervision.

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Guest Arrival Expert/Bellboy Intern.

Reporting to Lead Concierge the Intern will support both doorman and bellman tasks:

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in August.

Objectives and internship activities:

The aim of the internship, in addition to an initial induction and orientation phase within the company, includes the following activities, which the intern will carry out alongside the Tutor and gradually with increasing autonomy:

In particular, the Guest Arrival Expert will focus on:

• Provide a warm and sophisticated welcome and farewell to guests.
• Assist with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, storage, and in-room delivery.
• Escort guests to their rooms when needed and provide a brief orientation.
• Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest.
• Assist in arranging transportation and recording advance requests.
