A leading luxury beauty brand in Rome is seeking a passionate retail professional to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty industry, specifically in luxury retail, and possess a deep knowledge of fragrances, skincare, and makeup. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, educating customers about products, and maintaining stock levels. The role requires excellent selling skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Flexible shift availability is essential.

Your main assignment will be focused on achieving sell out objectives while promoting the brand image.

You sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale applying and respecting the Dior Art of Selling.

You educate customers on Dior products and on the Dior brand

You participate in monitoring stock levels and report any issues to your supervisor.

You conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

You are available to travel and support different point of sales.

Professional retail experience in make-up and / or service industry, ideally in the luxury.

Deep knowledge of beauty product : Fragrance, skincare and make up.

Passionate about customer service and beauty industry.

Result oriented and with excellent selling skills.

Available to work on different shifts
