Marionnaud Group in Milan is seeking a Beauty Consultant to help customers find the best products and deliver outstanding service in-store.

You will handle cash transactions, support fellow sellers with stock and restocking, and advise on purchases to build customer loyalty.

Minimum 1–2 years in retail, a passion for beauty, and a friendly, proactive attitude will help you thrive on the sales team led by the Store Manager.

For Our Store In Milan, We Are Looking For a Beauty Consultant. The Resource Inserted Within The Sales Team Will Report Directly To The Store Manager And Will Take Care Of

• Promote the sale of products by taking care of the customer, advising the latter to purchase the most appropriate product (also through flash tests), and ensuring their loyalty.
• carry out cash transactions and payments.
• support to other sellers, restocking and reordering.

Minimum experience of one / two years in the job is required.

The ideal profile has a passion for the sector, excellent interpersonal skills and predisposition to assisted sales.

Flexibility, motivation and passion complete the profile.

The type of placement will be established in relation to the experience and the current working situation.
