A leading CDMO is seeking a Business Development professional in Italy to drive biologics services across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a life sciences degree, experience in CMC roles, and strong business development skills. This role involves engaging customers, managing leads, and meeting sales targets with a dynamic team.

  • Several years of experience in CMC roles at biotech companies or CDMOs.

Description

Join a dynamic Sales, BD & Marketing team to drive business development for biologics CDMO services across the EMEA region. This role focuses on identifying and converting high-value leads, expanding strategic partnerships, and representing cutting-edge biologics process development and GMP manufacturing capabilities.

Your Responsibilities :
  • Represent CDMO services in biologics development and GMP manufacturing
  • Manage full BD cycle: lead generation, opportunity management, and deal execution
  • Identify, target and engage key customers across EMEA
  • generate leads and secure contractual agreements
  • Meet annual sales targets through structured BD activities
  • Collaborate closely with internal Sales, BD & Marketing teams based in Italy
Your Profile :
  • Academic degree in life sciences or a related scientific field
  • Several years of experience in CMC roles at biotech companies or CDMOs
  • Proven success in business development and customer engagement
  • Strong industry network across technologies and regions
  • Fluent in English and one additional language
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
