A local hospitality company in Milan is seeking an experienced Bartender for the Sogni restaurant. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining an organized bar. Candidates should have a passion for cocktails, strong communication skills, and at least 2 years of experience. The position is full-time with primarily evening shifts.

• 2 years' previous experience in the role.

Mansioni

• Prepare alcohol or non‑alcohol beverages.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
