We are currently looking for an energetic and skilled bartender to join our team and help deliver memorable experiences to our customers.

Job Summary:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring high standards of service. You will work closely with other bar staff and kitchen personnel to provide efficient and friendly service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and softdrinks.
• Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory and notify management of supply needs.
• Ensure that all bar-related equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow all safety and hygiene procedures, including food safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to create a positive, memorable experience.
• Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in maintaining bar cleanliness, including washing glasses, cleaning counters, and disposing of waste.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new drink recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar equipment.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor under pressure.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
• Knowledge of wine and beer pairing.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
