Bartender

We require

• Knowledge of spirits and liqueurs
• Hour flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Experience in mixing and ability to create Signature Cocktails
• Experience in order taking and management
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Experience in cash handling and payment

Job description

• Prepare cocktails according to specified recipes and using the correct measuring systems
• Open and serve bottles of wine / champagne
• Taking orders and entering them into the system
• Table service
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar counter and other work areas
• Preparing and garnishing drinks
• Wash and maintain glassware
• Carry out orders and inventories
• Process all payment methods
• Close cashier's desk at end of shift and complete designated cashier's reports
• Complete closing duties

Job description

• Preparare cocktails secondo le ricette specificate e utilizzando i giusti sistemi di misurazione
• Aprire e servire bottiglie di vino / champagne
• Prendere comande ed inserirle a sistema
• Servizio al tavolo
• Impostare e mantenere la pulizia e le condizioni del bancone bar, e delle altre aree di lavoro
• Eseguire preparazioni e garnish per le bevande
• Lavaggio e mantenimento cristalleria
• Eseguire ordini ed inventari
• Elaborare tutti i metodi di pagamento
• Contare la banca alla fine del turno e completare i rapporti del cassiere designato
• Completare i compiti di chiusura
