A luxury hotel chain in Taormina is seeking a Barista to coordinate daily tasks during breakfast service. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, strong knowledge of Italian coffee culture, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. The role offers a competitive salary and flexible full-time hours with a seasonal contract.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks at your coffee station during Breakfast service. You will oversee the preparation of all coffee and hot beverage orders, ensuring consistent quality in every drink while following established standards for recipes, portioning and presentation. You will complete mise en place and set up the caffetteria station for service, always maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment as per HACCP, correctly dating products and ensuring all perishables are kept at proper temperatures. You will help check pars and assist in implementing plans and actions to reduce waste, while ensuring all guests receive the highest levels of service and beverage excellence consistently.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
