Marriott International is seeking a motivated Barista to join our team. Our Baristas take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their break in a dynamic and elegant environment.

As a key member of the staff you will support service operations, complete opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness, and uphold professional appearance to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
• Clean all equipment and work areas, and maintain cleanliness of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas following all set‑up guidelines.
• Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
• Stand or walk for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects, and reach overhead and below the knees as required to provide guest service.
• Perform additional reasonable job duties as requested.

We are looking for a motivated and attentive Barista to join the team. As a key member of the staff, you will support service operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and memorable experience for our guests in a dynamic and elegant environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
