Four Seasons Milano is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Ambassador to be the first point of contact for guests in our Zelo Restaurant. You will deliver exceptional quality and service, collaborating with servers, hosts and the Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Italian. A fixed-term contract at Four Seasons Milan offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

About the role:

The Bar & Restaurant Ambassador is the first interaction for guests in our Restaurants, and is the designer of memorable experiences. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role is part of the Zelo Restaurant, reporting into the Restaurant Manager.

What you will do:

Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers

Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections

Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set

Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information

What you bring:

One to two years' previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset

Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems

Strong communication skills

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed term contract.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
