The Bar Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the beverage operations across all bars, lounges, and restaurants within the property. This role ensures the delivery of an exceptional beverage experience that aligns with Four Seasons' standards of service and quality. You will manage daily bar operations, curate innovative beverage offerings, and maintain high standards of product knowledge, consistency, and guest engagement. Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Restaurant Managers, you will play a key role in driving the success of the beverage program while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
