The Luxury Collection is hiring a Non-Management, full-time bar service role in Milan to prepare drinks, serve wine and champagne, and maintain bar cleanliness while delivering attentive hospitality to guests.

The position requires a High school diploma or GED, less than 1 year related experience, and adherence to Marriott service standards. On-site work with full-time schedule in a luxury setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or certification: None

Mansioni

• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
• Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Transport supplies to bar set-up area.
• Wash soiled glassware.
• Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports.
