Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a banquet assistant to set up and clear china, glass, linen, and props for banquet events, and to assist guests with requests. The role requires basic education and English proficiency, with a preference for at least one year in food service.

You will join a welcoming team, ensure impeccable event spaces, and contribute to a premium guest experience. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, retrieving and storing materials,

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Minimum one year of food service or related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel's receiving area and store them safely and securely.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Serve food to guests.
• Make recommendations regarding banquet set ups.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in banquet spaces and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

About the role
