Cove Bali is seeking a Property Operations Associate to manage Cove’s Bali properties and elevate the tenant experience. You will ensure rooms are tenantable and ready for check-ins, coordinate with property owners, and lead a team of associates and facilities staff to meet Cove’s standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in property or community management, preferably in hospitality or an early-stage startup, with a proactive, high-energy approach to operations in Bali.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably Hospitality or related field
• 1–3 years in property management or community management, hospitality industry experience preferred

• Manage and maintain Cove’s Bali properties and continually improve tenant experience
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and uphold our standard of operations
• Ensure rooms are tenantable and ready for check-ins
• Liaise between Cove and property owners
• Lead a team of associates and facilities staff to meet operational standards
• Schedule teams to optimize labor time and cost
• Resolve tickets and requests within our SLA
• Oversee monthly budgeting and daily expenses
• Ensure timely monthly billings
• Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and delegate tasks efficiently
