Musixmatch S.p.a in Bologna is looking for a Backend & Cloud Infrastructure Intern to join their team. This internship lasts 6 months with a monthly reimbursement of €800. You will gain hands-on experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs using modern cloud infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have a good knowledge of Python, basic understanding of APIs, and an interest in cloud technologies. A collaborative mindset and English proficiency are essential.

• Good knowledge of Python.
• Basic understanding of APIs and web development concepts.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Interest in cloud technologies (AWS is a plus).
• Understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in English.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design backend services with attention to performance, scalability, and clean structure.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage, caching, and session management.
• Integrate AWS services such as S3 and SES using boto3.
• Contribute to authentication and authorization flows (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
• Support AI-related backend features using Amazon Bedrock APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth API integration.
• Work within a CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure managed via Terraform.
• Debug, test, and improve existing backend services.
