Job summary

UNOX S.p.A. cerca un/una impiegato/a back office a Cadoneghe (Padova) per essere il primo punto di contatto con potenziali clienti, comprendere esigenze, presentare soluzioni e guidare all'acquisto.

La posizione prevede responsabilità di sviluppo account, supporto al team di vendita esterno e gestione della Voce del Cliente, con uso di CRM e strumenti digitali. Richieste competenze linguistiche in inglese, francese o tedesco e laurea pertinente; orario full-time.

Responsibilities

• Identificare potenziali clienti e nutrire opportunità di vendita.
• Sviluppare account esistenti con cross-selling e promozione di nuovi prodotti.
• Gestire lead e priorità in linea con la strategia commerciale.
• Supportare clienti e rivenditori con soluzioni su misura e follow-up.
• Analizzare feedback dei clienti e opportunità di miglioramento.
• Raccogliere e condividere la Voce del Cliente con i reparti interni.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them through multiple communication channels. Your goal will be to understand their needs, present the best solutions, and guide them toward a successful purchasing experience.

Main responsibilities

• Develops and qualifies sales opportunities by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs and building long-term relationships.
• Develops existing accounts through follow-up, cross-selling, new product promotion and recurring revenue opportunities.
• Prioritizes leads and prospects in line with the commercial strategy.
• Supports customers and resellers with tailored solutions and follow-up activities.
• Supports the external sales force in customer development, loyalty activities, planning and ongoing projects.
• Analyzes competitors and customer feedback to identify opportunities and provide relevant insights.
• Manages customer interactions and records, collects the «voc» (Voice of Customer), ensuring information and follow-ups are properly updated and shared with relevant internal departments.
• Standardizes Inside Sales processes and contributes to continuous improvement and the generation of new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers remotely.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, messaging platforms, and digital tools.
• Fluency in English, French and /or German are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
• Highly organized, resilient, and goal-oriented.
