A leading multinational company in Italy is seeking a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves handling incoming calls, order processing, and data entry. Candidates should have a high school diploma or Bachelor's degree and preferably experience in customer service. Proficiency in English and knowledge of SAP would be advantageous. This is a fixed-term contract with no smart working options.

Competenze

Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. A Customer Service Specialist is being sought on behalf of the client.

Responsibilities
  • Pick up costumer incoming calls
  • Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
  • Data entry within a business management system
  • Back office
  • Pick up costumer incoming calls
  • Sales Orders creation / order confirmations
  • Delivery notes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
