Nestlé Nespresso SA in Milan Assago is offering a 6-month full-time internship in the B2B Sales Support team. You will assist in day-to-day sales and back-office activities, helping to manage orders and ensure compliance.

The role requires close collaboration with the Sales department, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English. A company laptop, gym access, and canteen are provided as part of the package.

Competenze

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Open to a 6-month full-time internship.

Mansioni

• Participate in customer follow-up activities to support order management and opportunities.
• Provide support in sales back-office processes including data updates and documentation management.
• Assist with invoice checks and track discrepancies or pending issues.
• Support after-sales and compliance activities by monitoring customer requests, claims, and open cases.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure efficient, customer-focused service.
