Concentrix is looking for a B2B Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Italy!

In this role, you'll shape and execute our go-to-market plan, working across digital, content, events, and campaigns. Working closely with the local in-country team, as well as with the EMEA and Global Marketing teams, you will ensure that Italy's positioning is consistent, impactful, and fully aligned with our global brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the go-to-market plan for Concentrix Italy, adapting global and regional initiatives to the local market.
  • Partner with sales and account management teams to design marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth and client engagement in key sectors.
  • Collaborate with EMEA and Global Marketing teams to ensure the Italian market is represented, while aligning with global brand and messaging.
  • Manage end-to-end B2B campaigns, from planning to measurement, leveraging digital, events, content, and partnerships.
  • Lead external communications, fostering relationships with key media in Italy and strengthening our brand presence through PR and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to continuously optimize strategies.
What we're looking for and key skills
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing - preferred, but not mandatory, within technology or consultancy industries.
  • Strong project management capabilities and collaborative mindset, able to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong communicator, both in English and Italian, able to influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Hands‑on experience in digital marketing (LinkedIn campaigns, lead generation)
  • Experience in event marketing (industry conferences, client events, webinars)
  • Ability to work with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo or similar)
  • Solid analytical skills to measure campaign ROI and optimize performance
