A leading language training organization in Italy is seeking a Business Development Manager to establish business opportunities and manage client relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills in English, Italian, and Spanish (C1 level), as well as the ability to develop needs-based training solutions. Compensation includes a competitive base salary of 18K-23K EUR with performance-based incentives leading to an OTE of 30K-35K EUR.
