Were looking for a passionate Italian B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join our fastgrowing team in Sofia one of Europes most exciting tech and digital hubs. In this role, youll connect with Italian businesses, introducing innovative digital advertising and tech solutions that drive their growth.

Your Role

Languages: Italian (C1+) & English (B2+)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 09:0018:00

Daily Impact

  • Reach out to Italian companies through cold calling and structured business development.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities using proven lead generation methods.
  • Present and sell tech and digital advertising solutions customized to each client.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and account teams to guarantee customer success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in outbound sales or cold calling, ideally in tech/digital advertising.
  • Solid understanding of sales development methodologies and qualification frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • A proactive, motivated, and resultoriented mindset.
Compensation & Bonus
  • Gross monthly salary: 3,267 BGN
  • Performance bonus (quarterly): Up to 2,000 BGN

Estimated total ontarget earnings: 3,934 BGN/month gross

Relocation Package Sofia (10 Days Support)

Travel refund: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months (with ticket & invoice proof).

10 nights accommodation in a citycenter hotel with breakfast fully booked & paid.

Advance on salary: 1,056 BGN (deducted over 3 months, 352 BGN/month).
