In this full-time role, you will define HMI requirements for avionics systems and develop certifiable HMI solutions. Candidates should possess a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related fields, with experience in HMI design for safety-critical sectors. Proficiency in Italian and English is essential. This will make you grow:

• Define HMI requirements for avionics systems in compliance with aeronautical certification standards.
• Develop and model HMI solutions in certifiable environments (model-based design) using Ansys SCADE and VAPS XT.
• Conduct Human Factors analyses: physical and cognitive ergonomics, workload, situational awareness, error tolerance, human-machine interaction, and human failure modes.

And this is how you’ll take us forward:

• Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in HMI/HF design for avionics or other safety-critical sectors (aerospace, defense, railway, automotive/ADAS).
• Knowledge of relevant aeronautical standards
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
