Competenze

• Permanent residence permit in the respective country.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Availability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.

Mansioni

• Handle Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information services.
• Calculate fares and arrange routes based on passenger requests.
• Report operational income, cost, and financial statistical information.

Conoscenze

Excellent command of English

Ability to multitask effectively

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations

Formazione

Bachelor's degree or at least high school graduation
