An aviation technology company in Lombardia is seeking a motivated System Administrator to enhance IT performance, security, and stability. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, providing user support, and administering systems like Active Directory and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years' experience, strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, and effective troubleshooting skills. Italian nationality or a valid work permit for Italy is required.

Competenze

• 2–3+ years of experience as System Administrator or IT System Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.

Mansioni

• Provide I/II level technical support to users.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, network, M365).
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
