A leading aviation training organization in Rome is seeking a Hangar Support Staff (Aircraft Maintenance Helper) for a full-time on-site role. The position involves assisting in maintenance operations and providing technical support, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily aircraft maintenance activities. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, previous maintenance experience, and ideally hold a degree or certification in Aviation Maintenance. This role features a shift pattern of 5on-3off/5on-2off or 10on-5off.
