Job summary

We are seeking an AVI Engineer (Automated Visual Inspection) to work on on-site projects across Italy, France, or Germany. The role focuses on automated inspection for vials, syringes, and parenteral products within a major pharmaceutical environment.

Start December 2026 on a 6-month contract. You will develop vision-based recipes, implement algorithms, and manage IQ/OQ/PQ tests while ensuring strict cGMP compliance and data integrity. Fluent English is required; local language is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Optical, Biomedical or similar).
• 7+ years’ hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma manufacturing, ideally with injectable products.
• Experience with AVI platforms and vision software.
• Solid understanding of cGMP, Annex1, USP guidelines and data integrity.
• English competence; local language a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize automated visual inspection recipes for parenteral products.
• Work with vision algorithms and system integration to ensure product quality.
• Lead equipment qualification activities IQ/OQ/PQ and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
