TSMG Holding is seeking a Depot Specialist to support daily operations of autonomous vehicle fleets from a dedicated robotaxi depot across Europe. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and deployment-ready, coordinating with Safety Operators and Technicians to maintain fleet readiness.

This hands-on role suits organized individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments; training will be provided and no prior robotaxi experience is required.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use digital checklists.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations and ensure deployment readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging at the depot.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issues to technicians.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and ensure safety standards are met.
• Track inventory of cleaning materials and charging accessories.
• Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet readiness reports.
