BWI Group in Turin, Italy, is seeking a System Requirements Test Engineer to join its automotive electronics team. You will analyze and translate customer requirements, support system architecture, and verify test strategies for HiL and bench testing.

The role requires a Master in Automotive/Electronics/Mechatronics, strong knowledge of requirements management, and experience with HIL environments and tools such as CarMaker and IPG software.

Competenze

• Master degree in Automotive, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Good knowledge on HIL Test Bench, including HW, SW and tests case.
• Knowledge on Bench Simulation Environments - CarMaker / IPG Sw & Tools is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Diagnostic, BUS (Message Map, Network Management, Transport protocol), FlashLoader, Cyber Security, Autosar, FSF, Vehicle Functions, E&E Architecture.
• Experience of analytic testing and trouble shooting in Bench, test environments (HIL, SIL, …) and plant facilities.

Mansioni

• Requirements analysis, interpretation, stakeholders discussion and agreement.
• Translate customer requirements to internal requirements for the developer.
• Monitor requirements implementation, coordinate and track with TPL and other IPT members according to project milestones.
• Create or support System release recommendation documents.
• Support definition of system architecture.
• Support developers for the correct requirements analysis, interpretation, implementation.
• Support review of REQ and Test leading related Stakeholders meeting.
• Ensure requirements, implementation and test traceability.
• Establish RMB and TMB boards.
• Responsible for Test Related system customization requirements.
• Collaborate for System Control Function Development and Integration (ISO 26262 compliant).
• Collaborate for System communication and diagnostic development.
• ALM tool requirements management and traceability.
• Manage changes requests and release packages.
