Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise internal technical teams and external service providers
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of site maintenance activities
  • Manage budget, forecast costs, and optimize resources to achieve economic targets
  • Monitor and report site performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
  • Guarantee full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, especially within an automotive production context
  • Organize and lead regular operational meetings and align cross‑functional efforts
  • Resolve internal and external conflicts and ensure operational stability and team performance

  • Compliance with automotive sector safety protocols and internal policies
