L&T Technology Services invites applications for a Staff Automotive BSW Engineer to lead OS and hypervisor integration for automotive SoCs and drive secure software bring-up.

The role requires 2+ years in embedded software, strong C/C++ skills, and hands-on experience with secure boot, access control, drivers (UART, SPI, PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, LVDS), BSP integration, and system bring-up. You will work with platform security teams to mitigate threats and use JTAG and logic analyzers for debugging.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• 2+ years embedded software development with OS/hypervisor integration and security architecture.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills and knowledge of secure coding practices and static analysis.
• Deep expertise in QNX, Linux, or Android GVM and virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with secure boot, access control, MMU/MPU configuration, and cryptographic libraries.
• Proven BSP development, device drivers, and SoC bring-up experience.

• Lead the design and integration of OS and hypervisor platforms for automotive SoCs.
• Architect and implement cybersecurity features at OS and virtualization layers.
• Collaborate with platform security teams to mitigate threats and secure software lifecycle.
• Develop and configure drivers for UART, SPI, PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, and LVDS.
• Contribute to BSP integration, system bring-up, and OS/Hypervisor initialization on new SoC platforms.
• Debug and troubleshoot system-level issues using JTAG, logic analyzers, and trace probes.
